Website Security Practices

This website is built and operated with the following controls:

• All traffic is served over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Every field submitted through the contact form and the Natalie assistant is validated, sanitized, and length-limited on the server before it is stored, which prevents oversized and malformed payloads from reaching our systems.
• Line breaks are stripped from single-line fields, which prevents email header injection through values that are carried into a message subject.
• Submitted values are escaped before being rendered in any notification or confirmation email, which prevents injected content from executing or displaying as a link.
• The contact form is protected by a verification challenge that is issued and cryptographically signed by our server, so it cannot be forged or bypassed by submitting directly to the backend, and by a hidden bot trap that silently discards automated submissions.
• A per-connection submission rate limit prevents flooding of our systems and of our email delivery.
• The site sets browser protections against content-type sniffing and limits the referrer information sent to external sites.
• Stored inquiries are held in an access-controlled database, and access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to respond to your request.
• Transactional email is delivered through an authenticated provider using domain authentication.

Reporting a Security Vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, we want to hear from you. Please email Sales@mwtels.com with the subject line "Security Report" and include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.

We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure, that you avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting data that does not belong to you, and that you do not degrade the availability of the site for others.

We will acknowledge a good-faith report, keep you informed of our progress, and will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow these guidelines.

Incident Response

If an incident affecting personal information submitted through this website occurs, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain and remediate it, and notify affected individuals and the appropriate authorities within the timeframes required by applicable United States state breach notification laws.

Public Safety Systems Compliance

Beyond this website, our field work involves systems on which public safety depends. Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems, fire alarm interfaces, and related infrastructure are designed, installed, and tested to the applicable requirements, which typically include:

• NFPA 1221 and NFPA 72, for in-building emergency responder communication and fire alarm systems.
• The International Fire Code and the International Building Code, as adopted and amended by the authority having jurisdiction.
• FCC rules governing signal boosters and licensed radio equipment, including consent from the licensee where required.
• The requirements of the local fire department, emergency communications authority, and permitting office for the jurisdiction in which the work is performed.

Acceptance testing, grid survey documentation, and as-built records are provided to the authority having jurisdiction as part of every public-safety installation.

Confidentiality of Client Facilities

Information about client facilities — including floor plans, network topology, camera placement, access control configuration, and radio coverage data — is treated as confidential. It is shared only with personnel assigned to the project and with the authority having jurisdiction where a code or permit requires it.

Project photographs shown on this site are published only where the client has approved their use, and are selected to avoid revealing security-sensitive detail.
