This Privacy Policy explains what information Midwest Telecom Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website only and not to information collected offline or through a separate written agreement.
Information You Provide
We collect information only when you choose to send it to us. Two features on this site collect personal information: the estimate request form and the Natalie virtual assistant.
In both cases the information collected is the same: your name, company name, telephone number, email address, the type of project you are asking about, and the contents of your message or chat conversation.
The estimate form requires a name and an email address. The Natalie assistant requires a name and either an email address or a telephone number, so that we are able to reply to you.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, health information, biometric data, or precise geolocation. Please do not include information of this kind in a message or chat.
When a form is submitted we store an irreversible one-way hash derived from the network address it came from. We do not store the address itself, and the hash cannot be reversed to identify you or your location. It exists for one purpose only: to count submissions from the same connection so that automated abuse can be blocked.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. This website is directed to businesses and public agencies, not to children. If we learn that we have received information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule a site visit, and communicate with you about the project you asked about.
We may also use it to keep an internal record of inquiries, to improve how we respond, and to comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing messages, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
Who Receives Your Information
Your submission is stored in our secure application database and is delivered by email to our sales team. You also receive an automated confirmation at the email address you provided.
We use the following service providers, and only for the purposes described:
- Base44 — application hosting and database storage for this website.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for the notification sent to our team and the confirmation sent to you.
- Google Fonts — delivery of the typefaces used on this site.
These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, our personnel, or the safety of others.
How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain a reasonable business record of the communication, and afterward as required by applicable law, tax, and contract retention rules. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted.
How We Protect It
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Form submissions pass through automated abuse controls, including a server-issued verification challenge, a hidden bot trap, and a submission rate limit applied per connection. All submitted values are validated, sanitized and length-limited before storage, and every value is escaped before it appears in any notification. Access to stored inquiries is restricted to authorized personnel.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own discretion.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, United States state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states — may give you the following rights:
- To know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used and disclosed.
- To request a copy of that information in a portable format.
- To request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- To request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- To opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- To be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your request using the information already associated with your inquiry and will respond within the time period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
Do Not Track
This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers, so there is no cross-site tracking behavior to disable. Because there is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track browser signals, we do not respond to them differently.
Email and Telephone Communications
Emails we send in response to an inquiry are transactional messages related to the request you submitted. Every message identifies us and provides a way to reach us, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.
If you provide a telephone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number regarding your inquiry. We do not send automated marketing text messages. If we ever introduce text message programs, they will require separate express consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

This site may link to websites operated by manufacturers, partners, or certifying bodies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
